Vata

In Ayurveda, Vata is considered the most dynamic of the three doshas. It is associated with movement, creativity, and a sense of lightness. People with a Vata-dominant constitution tend to have a slender build, dry skin, and a restless mind. When Vata is in balance, it can lead to creativity, enthusiasm, and a sense of well-being. However, when Vata is out of balance, it can manifest as anxiety, insomnia, and digestive issues.

Pitha

Pitta is the dosha associated with transformation, metabolism, and digestion. People with a Pitta-dominant constitution tend to have a medium build, sensitive skin, and a sharp intellect. When Pitta is in balance, it can lead to ambition, confidence, and a sense of purpose. However, when Pitta is out of balance, it can manifest as anger, inflammation, and digestive issues.

Kapha

Kapha is the dosha associated with stability, strength, and endurance. People with a Kapha-dominant constitution tend to have a larger build, soft skin, and a calm mind. When Kapha is in balance, it can lead to stability, patience, and a sense of groundedness. However, when Kapha is out of balance, it can manifest as lethargy, weight gain, and respiratory issues.
